CREATINE PRICE TO PERFORM WITH ORVILLE PECK AT SAN FRANCISCO SYMPHONY’S "HOLIDAY GAIETY"
Drag Race France star and acclaimed operatic tenor joins Orville Peck, Edwin Outwater and Peaches Christ for the celebrated queer holiday tradition
SAN FRANCISCO — THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2026 — International drag artist and operatic tenor Creatine Price will perform alongside Orville Peck at the San Francisco Symphony’s Holiday Gaiety, joining conductor Edwin Outwater and drag icon Peaches Christ for the annual celebration at Davies Symphony Hall.
The appearance marks another major crossover moment for Creatine Price, who has built a singular career at the intersection of opera, drag and theatrical performance.
“It means so much to return to San Francisco and to reunite with Edwin Outwater after our time together with the BBC Concert Orchestra. I’ve admired Orville Peck’s work for years, so the opportunity to finally share a stage under such extraordinary circumstances, with the San Francisco Symphony, feels incredibly special. San Francisco has such a historic relationship with queer art and community, and sharing this holiday celebration with Orville, Edwin and an icon like Peaches Christ feels like a beautiful way to honor that legacy while continuing to queer these traditions and create space for all of us within them,” said Creatine Price.
Created by Outwater and Peaches Christ, Holiday Gaiety brings together orchestral music, drag, comedy and special guest performances in a distinctly San Francisco celebration of the holiday season.
For Price, the performance reunites her with Outwater following their work together with the BBC Concert Orchestra, while marking her first collaboration with Peck.
Price — who also performs professionally as tenor Jordan Weatherston Pitts — has appeared across opera houses and concert stages internationally, including France's Got Talent, bringing classical technique into an increasingly expansive body of drag and theatrical work. This summer, Creatine further broadened her international profile as the first American queen to compete on Drag Race France.
Her San Francisco Symphony appearance continues that trajectory, moving fluidly between classical music institutions, television and queer performance while expanding expectations of where drag and opera can meet.
Holiday Gaiety featuring Orville Peck, Creatine Price, Edwin Outwater and Peaches Christ will take place December 17th at Davies Symphony Hall in San Francisco.
